360 Farrower installation performs for leading UK producer

Leading Yorkshire farmer, Paul Westgarth, who runs extensive breeding and finishing operations across northern england, recently replaced 180 farrowing crates with 168 x 360 Farrower pens on one farm and installed a further 108 pens on a second unit. This was a calculated decision to gain experience of working with a free farrowing system before welfare legislation forces producers to abandon standard farrowing crates altogether. He has clearly not regretted making that decision.....
